    this week was huge. I got back to basics with barre, toning, and cardio, as well as my own 10 minute Mix and Match videos. I took to the pool 2x, doing 20 full laps without stopping, to ease the soreness of getting back to the gym and to boost my cardio efforts.

    I am elated to be working out again! It feels great to finally be looking more and more like my old self. Yesterday I went out for an interval run/jog, where I accelerated and really pushed myself for 3 minutes, then jogged slowly for 2. I hung in there for 30 minutes before heading home.     ok- weekly update here… I am 1.5lbs down from my last update 6 days ago. Slow progress but happy to be finally fitting into my pre-pregnancy jeans again ; ) Each day I am aiming for 3 miles or 30 minutes of exercise.
