@oristory what should we do for our next 14 Day challenge? Was thinking “Swap the Snacks for Jumping Jacks”… have a plan to safely lose 1 lb per week by replacing unhealthy snacks with 2 minutes jumping jacks, 2x a day. Thoughts? I know we talked about doing the Water Challenge again, I’d be up for that too, or even the plank challenge. A penny for your thoughts. PS love the photo!
