    Lizzie, this one is for you:

    Simple 16 minute Tabata routine for mild Diastasis Recti ( at 10 weeks postpartum, mine is about 1.5 inches deep):

    Max effort for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds for the following exercises, repeating for 4 minute sets:

    1st set:
    heel slides with alternating arms
    bridge hold (squeeze glutes, holding ankles if possible)

    2nd set:
    walking lunges with ab contraction
    bicep curl with overhead press and calf raise

    3rd set:
    wall sit with arm circles (legs in tabletop position against wall)
    dead lift holding medium to heavy weight, to overhead press

    4th set:
    foot fires with ab contraction
    jumping jacks, in squat position, with ab contraction

    Stretch, and hydrate!
