Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

Summary

This was my sister's favorite recipe, and since I fully trust her tastebuds, I had to give it a try! This would make for the perfect pregnancy breakfast as it is made the night before, full of complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, vitamins, fiber and delicious chewy texture. Super kid-friendly too.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 cup rolled oats
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup

Serves

4-6

Preperation Time

5 minutes

Method

Mix all ingredients together in mason jar. Let sit in fridge overnight. In the morning, heat up a small serving (it's very filling) or enjoy cold!
