i have found kerri and her workouts to be so fun and motivational. i feel stronger, leaner, (almost back to pre-baby weight!), fitter and healthier. the regular healthy eating challenges are also a boost. not only have i made some great friends, had some great laughs and shared baby tips along the way, but i love that her classes are hard work, it's so worth it. thank you kerri!

your classes have the magic touch – kaden is still sleeping after all the fresh air. he has never napped for this length of time and i haven’t eaten lunch/showered in peace and quiet in 6 weeks.

there are two realizations i have come to recently of why i really love this group (among many, many others): 1) kerri is amazing at what she does and motivates without antagonizing or patronizing, something that i have rarely encountered in all my years cross training and 2) every time i worry about "am i doing this wrong" with killean, it is such a relief having this group as my 'mummy litmus test'; everyone is always supportive with positive comments and suggestions. thank you kerri for running such a great group!
i am now with carsten and carl on holiday in mallorca and thanks to you and bbc able to wear a bikini and feel good in it(actually i am down 1kg more than before pregnancy !) looking forward to see you in september.
i have been attending kerri’s buggy boot camp for the past six months and both myself and my son are absolutely loving it! it’s a fantastic place to get fit, meet other new mums, and let the babies socialise together. kerri is more than just an exercise instructor. as well as providing exciting, invigorating and varied workouts three times a week she has a holistic approach to the class setting optional extra ‘challenges’ including nutrition programmes. with kerri’s guidance and support i have lost a whopping 33kg - just two more to go!
kerri, you are awesome! thank you. i cannot tell you how much i enjoy your classes and how inspiring i find you. thank you for keeping all of us healthy and sane.
i can't head back to the office tomorrow after a year of maternity leave without thanking kerri mcgowan holland. so many of us wouldn't have survived 2013 without the sessions that you lead and your endless support. and, to the original buggy bootcamp hyde park crew (you know who you are!), this year wouldn't have been the same without you. you are amazing mums and friends.
